Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) is hiring a full-time Commercial Leasing Analyst in Makati City to support the Philippines' most active office leasing team. You will build the market intelligence, comparables, and presentations that close office space transactions for the country's largest occupiers.
Qualifications
▪ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
▪ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome
▪ Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Manage and utilize market knowledge in preparing various comparable, listings, and presentations that aid clients in their real estate requirements
▪ Ensure that building database is accurate and up-to-date by conducting thorough area searches and constant liaison with building administrators and landlord representatives.
▪ Gather, process and analyze property information to be utilized for client requirements and market reports.
▪ Handle the general administrative work like scheduling oculars, preparing site inspection kits, data entry, and other procedures which are essential for the completion of transactions.
▪ Maintain market intelligence as well as track the leasing activities occurring in the market
▪ Analyze, prepare, and evaluate presentation materials to be presented to clients and media – including industry reports and market trends
