Average hotel occupancy is projected to improve in 2026 as foreign tourism recovers, supported by stronger air connectivity and continued GDP growth. At the same time, average daily rates increased by around 6 percent year-on-year, driven by higher discretionary spending from domestic travelers and increased business travel.

This dynamic underscores why infrastructure-led connectivity matters. Airports and routes support both international and domestic demand, providing a more stable base for hotel operators and investors.
